Is my data safe with WonderPG?
Yes. Tenant documents are stored in private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible - download links expire after 15 minutes. Managers only see the property and features you give them access to, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
How do I pay for a plan?
The Starter plan is free forever. To upgrade, pay the plan amount by UPI and enter the transaction ID in Settings → Billing - our team verifies it and activates your plan within 2 hours. Until then your account keeps Starter limits. There is no auto-debit: payments are made manually each month.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Nothing is deleted. WonderPG simply blocks the next action that would go over the limit - for example adding a 21st tenant on Starter - and offers an upgrade. Monthly limits (invoices, SMS reminders, electricity readings) reset on the 1st of every month, and you can track usage in Settings → Billing.
Do my tenants need to install anything?
No. Tenants don't need an app or an account. Rent reminders arrive by SMS, and invoices and payment receipts are shared as secure links on WhatsApp or by email - tenants open them in any browser and can download the PDF. Only you and your managers use the WonderPG web app.
Does WonderPG file GST returns for me?
No. WonderPG generates GST-compliant invoices with your GSTIN and the CGST/SGST breakdown, but it does not file returns on your behalf. Please consult your CA for tax compliance.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. On the Growth and Pro plans you can export tenants, rent ledgers, payments, invoices, electricity bills and inquiries as CSV, Excel or PDF, and download a full JSON snapshot anytime from Settings. Your data belongs to you.
