Property Management
Manage multiple PG properties, configure rooms, and track occupancy from a single interface.
Adding a Property
Only the account owner can add properties. Go to Properties → + Add Property or use the Setup wizard on first login.
Property fields
- Namee.g. Sunshine Boys PG
- AddressFull postal address
- TypeBoys / Girls / Co-living
- GSTINOptional — required for GST invoices
- Electricity Rate₹/unit — used for electricity billing
Configuring Rooms
Rooms belong to a property and contain beds. Each room has a capacity (number of beds), a room number/name, and optional amenities.
Important
Reducing a room's bed capacity below the current occupied count is not allowed. You must check out or move the tenant first.
