Getting Started

Welcome to WonderPG. This guide will get your first PG property set up and running in under 10 minutes.

You can sign up with Google for the fastest onboarding experience. No password required.

1. Create your account

Head to the WonderPG sign-up page and register with your email or Google account. After registration, you'll be taken to the Welcome screen which introduces the four core features.

2. Add your first property

After sign-up, you'll be guided through a 3-step property setup wizard:

    Property Info: Enter the property name, address, type (Boys / Girls / Co-living), and GSTIN.
  2. →
    Add Rooms: Configure rooms with a room number, capacity (beds), and optional amenities (AC, attached bathroom, geyser).
  3. →
    Review: Confirm the details and create your property.

3. Enroll your first tenant

Navigate to Tenants → Add New Tenant and complete the 4-step enrollment form. See the Tenant Management guide for details.

4. Your dashboard is live

Once a tenant is enrolled, your dashboard will show real occupancy stats, revenue tracking, and a live activity feed. Monthly rent ledgers are generated automatically on the 1st of each month.
