Getting Started

Welcome to WonderPG. This guide will get your first PG property set up and running in under 10 minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to the WonderPG sign-up page and choose Create account, or Sign in with Google. If you sign up with email, use a password of at least 10 characters with upper- and lower-case letters, a number, and a symbol, then click the verification link we email you (valid for 24 hours) before your first login. A quick Welcome screen then introduces the main features before you set up your first property.

Every new account starts on the free Starter plan. If you signed up from a paid plan on our pricing page, see Upgrading Your Plan to complete the UPI payment.

2. Add your first property

Next, you'll be guided through a 3-step property setup wizard:

   Property Info: Enter the property name, address, city, PIN code, type (Boys / Girls / Co-living), electricity rate per unit, and GSTIN (optional).

   Add Rooms: Configure rooms with a room number, floor, bed capacity, rent per bed, and amenities (AC, attached or shared bathroom, geyser).
3. →
   Review: Confirm the details and create your property.

3. Enroll your first tenant

Navigate to Tenants → Add New Tenant (or Add Tenant in the sidebar) and complete the 4-step enrollment form. See the Tenant Management guide for details.

4. Your dashboard is live

Once a tenant is enrolled, your dashboard shows live numbers for one property or all of them. Monthly rent ledgers are generated automatically on the 1st of each month.

• ✓ Overdue rent and this month's collections against your target
• ✓ Revenue analytics - actual vs target for the last 6 months
• ✓ Portfolio health - occupied vs vacant beds
• ✓ Upcoming move-outs in the next 30 days
• ✓ Lead follow-ups due today, plus any you missed
• ✓ Recent activity - payments, move-ins, and new inquiries
