Invite staff members as managers and control exactly what they can see and do — without giving them full access.

Inviting Managers

Go to Settings → Managers → Invite Manager. Enter the manager's email address and select their permissions. They will receive an email with a one-time setup link to create their password.

Manager scope

Each manager is scoped to a single property. They can only see data belonging to the property they are assigned to.

Permission Flags

can_view_dashboard

Access dashboard analytics and revenue stats

can_add_tenants

View, enroll, and check-out tenants; access KYC docs

can_record_payments

View rent ledger, record and reverse payments, view overdue

can_send_reminders

Send manual reminders and view reminder logs

can_generate_invoices

List, generate, download, and delete invoices

can_add_electricity

Log meter readings and view electricity bills

can_manage_inquiries

Create, update, and delete prospect inquiries

Hard restrictions

Managers can never delete properties, manage other managers, or change account settings — regardless of which flags are enabled. These are hardcoded restrictions.
