These terms govern your use of WonderPG, a PG management platform operated by Wonder Media Solutions. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use WonderPG on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

WonderPG helps PG owners manage properties, tenants, rent, receipts, invoices, electricity billing, and staff. We keep improving the product, so features may be added or changed over time; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect how you use the service.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the accounts of managers you invite.

You are responsible for the tenant data you enter - including having your tenants' consent to store their personal information and ID documents, and to send them SMS reminders, emails, and WhatsApp messages through the service.

WonderPG offers a free Starter plan and paid Growth and Pro plans with the prices and limits shown on our pricing page. Upgrades are currently paid manually via UPI: you send the payment and enter the transaction ID in Settings → Billing, and our team verifies it and activates your plan, usually within 2 hours. Until the payment is verified, your account uses Starter plan limits.

Plans are billed monthly and there is no automatic debit. Plan limits are enforced by the service - if you reach a limit, the next action that would exceed it is blocked and you can upgrade to continue. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month, and existing data is never removed because of a limit.

Do not use WonderPG to send spam or unsolicited messages, to store unlawful content, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

WonderPG generates GST-compliant invoices based on the information you provide (including your GSTIN). These invoices are documents for your business records - WonderPG does not file GST returns or provide tax advice. You are responsible for your own tax compliance; please consult your CA.

We work hard to keep WonderPG fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We recommend exporting your data periodically on plans where export is available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Media Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using WonderPG and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be notified by email or in the app, and continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
