Log meter readings, calculate per-tenant consumption, and bill accurately — with photo evidence.
Meter Readings
Go to Electricity and select the property and month. For each room, enter:
Previous ReadingAuto-filled from the last month's entry
Current ReadingEnter the current meter value
DateDate of the reading
Meter PhotoOptional — upload as evidence
NotesOptional notes (max 500 chars)
Rate Configuration
The electricity rate (₹/unit) is set per property in Settings → Property → Electricity Rate. The bill for each room is calculated as:
Units consumed = current_reading − previous_reading
Bill amount = units_consumed × rate_per_unit
Navigation
You can navigate up to 24 months back using the month selector. All historical readings are stored and searchable by tenant name.
